Facility Services Manager Oregon State Capitol | Salem, OR

Facility Services Manager: 2014 to 2015

Department Head of 27 professionals providing support services for the operations, maintenance, vistor

services, contracting and procurement and capital improvement projects for the Oregon State Capitol. The

Capitol is a historic landmark and seat of government for the State of Oregon and consists of over 365,000

square feet of building floor area. This past year has included providing assistance to the Oregon State

Capitol Renovation Project Delivery Team working on a $34.5 million design development contract for the

seismic upgrade of the Capitol.
